We believe in dignity, connection, and simplicity in housing—offering reliable living environments with flexible options, shared & private spaces with community support.
Our Mission
Our goals go beyond housing. We are deeply committed to doing our part in providing real solutions to homelessness and offering affordable housing assistance in today’s challenging economic climate. By creating shared spaces that reduce financial strain and foster human connection, we help bridge the gap between independence and community—one room at a time.

Each resident has the option to choose a private or shared room, while enjoying shared common areas and the opportunity to build meaningful connections with others in a supportive, age-appropriate environment.
Independent Veterans

How It Works?
Easy Approvals for Qualified Applicants!
We make it simple and accessible:
Must be 18 & up
Valid Government-Issued ID (State ID or Driver’s License)
Verifiable Monthly Income (provide employment source, Social Security, or Disability, Uber/Lyft accepted)
Pay Your Bed Or Room Fee Prior To Move-in
Must agree to the Program Rules by signing the Program Agreement Form.
Beds and Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event our beds & rooms are full, you will be added to our waitlist and contacted as soon as availability opens.
